All of our bouncy castles are from the highest quality and most reputable manufacturers (such as Beetee) so there are no safety concerns with our equipment. It is important to be wary of cheap bouncy castles and cheap bouncy castle hire companies, as the inferior products can often let you down. Unless specified, our bouncy castles all come with a shower cover to protect from light rain and sun. Unlike our competition, each bouncy castle is washed and dried where possible, to ensure they are fully clean and safe.

We are fully insured with £5m public liability cover, and we’re a member of the BIHA (British Inflatable Hirers Alliance). Our castles have all been thoroughly tested to the BSEN 13960-2006 health and safety standard and our staff members are fully trained so you can rest assured that the castle will be safe and secure.

 

Drop Off & Collection

When we drop off the bouncy castle, we will discuss the best place to set it up. Once you are happy, we will begin erecting and securing the castle, before performing a full safety inspection. The blowers require a standard plug socket, and we are able to provide extension cables if needed. Payment should be given to the driver on delivery, and the pickup time will be discussed. As we are a busy and experienced company, we can’t be definite with drop off and collection times. If you require the castle for a certain time, please note this while filling out the booking form. All delivery times we provide are estimates only. When we arrive to pick up the castle, it is helpful if you leave it inflated. This allows us to quickly and neatly fold up the castle.

Important note: Bouncy castles can not be placed on an uneven surface. If your location is unsuitable for the bouncy castle, we will not set it up, and you may be charged.

 

Bad Weather

We do not charge for cancellations due to bad weather. If there is very heavy wind, we can’t set up the castle due to safety reasons. If this is the case, you will not be charged. If the wind picks up during the day, please deflate the castle as this can be dangerous. A member of our team will usually be in touch to discuss this. If there is light rain during the day it is important to keep the bouncy castle inflated. This prevents the castle from become waterlogged, and will dry out quicker when the rain stops. Please also cover any plug sockets in this situation. If the rain is bad before we drop the castle off, you will have the option to cancel the booking at no cost.

 

Indoor Bouncy Castles

Depending on the height of the ceiling, many of our bouncy castles and inflatable assault courses can be set up indoors. If you call us on 07944 487 578 and provide us with the dimensions, we can let you know which castles will be suitable. General Rules

– Do not climb on the walls of the bouncy castles, especially the slides and assault courses
– Do not use any of our inflatables with shoes on
– Do not use any of our inflatable slides while wearing clothes with metal studs, as these may rip the material
– Children’s bouncy castles are suitable for Kids only
– You will be charged for any damages once the castles has been set up
– Do not allow anybody to collect the castle unless they can prove to be a member of our team
– No party poppers allowed
– No food and drink allowed on the castles
